After the review, TUV Rheinland and Shandong Huachen Group reached the intention of strategic cooperation laboratory for seamless gas cylinder testing. The two sides will carry out in-depth cooperation in seamless gas cylinder product testing, technical research, testing capability improvement and other aspects.

On October 20, 2021, Sun Guorong, Vice President of TUV Rheinland, visited Shandong Huachen Group, and approved and authorized the "Shandong Huachen Group Seamless Gas Cylinder Testing Strategic Cooperation Laboratory". At this point, Huachen Group became the only independent laboratory for seamless gas cylinders in China, further improving the laboratory capacity of the company.

The total construction area of the laboratory is 3600m2, with more than 5 million yuan of instruments and equipment. There are 15 fixed researchers and 7 part-time researchers in the laboratory. Among them, there are 9 senior titles, 5 doctorates and 8 postgraduates.

Material microstructure analysis spectrometer, metallographic microscopic analysis system, general metallographic microscope, metallographic sample mosaic machine, polishing machine, body microscope. Among them, large-scale equipment, precision detection and analysis instruments. Mechanical universal testing machine, impact testing machine, blasting testing machine, cylinder fatigue testing machine, etc. Ensure the normal development of all monitoring work.
